Ausbildung Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik (m/w/d)

Ihre Zukunft

• Ausbildungsablauf: Deine Ausbildung dauert 3,5 Jahre. Im ersten Jahr erlernst Du in unseren Ausbildungszentren, vorwiegend in Vöhringen aber auch in Ulm, die Grundlagen der Elektrotechnik. Danach erweiterst Du Deine Fähigkeiten in unseren technischen Bereichen, indem Du unsere Anlagen instand hältst, wartest und reparierst. Du wirst Dich umfassend mit der Elektrik unserer Fertigungseinrichtungen auseinandersetzen und bekommst einen sehr guten Einblick ins Produktionsgeschehen.
• Berufsschule: Das theoretische Wissen erwirbst Du an der Robert-Bosch-Schule in Ulm.
• Nach Deiner Ausbildung: Als Elektroniker sicherst Du die elektrische Einsatzbereitschaft unseres Maschinenparks bei Wieland. Dabei entwickelst Du Dich täglich immer mehr zum Spezialisten, indem Du u. a.
  - elektrische und elektronische Anlagenteile baust, änderst und prüfst.
  - die Elektrik und Elektronik an unseren Maschinen wartest und reparierst.
  - aufkommende Störungen an unseren Anlagen analysierst und behebst.

• Qualifikation: Du verfügst über einen guten mittleren Bildungsabschluss.
• Praxis: Du bringst ein technisches und mathematisches Verständnis mit, bist handwerklich geschickt und hast Sinn für Planung, Organisation und Genauigkeit.
• Persönlichkeit: Du zeigst Interesse am Umgang mit Maschinen sowie deren elektrischen Komponenten und begeisterst Dich für moderne Technik. Auch hast Du Freude an der Arbeit im Team und Neues zu lernen.
• Sprache: Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.

Tasks:

• Deduction of the power distribution system (PDS) from vehicle’s E/E architecture including ground and fuse concepts
• Identification and evaluation of technical solutions to field issues in the vehicle’s electrical system
• Validation of proposed solutions with all stakeholders
• Responsibility for definition, design, maintenance, implementation or improvement of the electrical schematics
• Ensure the correct usage of design standards and rules in official documents
• Verify documents created or modified by back-office support and give instructions for corrections when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical, electronics, mechatronics engineering
• Several years of experience in the field of power distribution and electrical schematics, ideally for BEV and FCEV

Tasks:

• Parts design and release for E/E electrical system (wire harnesses, fixings, brackets), managing variants and documentation (3D/2D/BOM/installation drawings/etc.)
