You will:

• Integrate components into battery and fuel-cell vehicle electrical architectures and create logical schematics defining point-to-point wiring between components as it pertains to specific vehicle functions
• Support vehicle commissioning, system verification, and electrical troubleshooting by using a multimeter and other electrical equipment to measure continuity, isolation resistance, polarity and capacitance
• Act as a feature architect and consultant for electrical/electronic (E/E) relevant vehicle functions by reviewing applicable top-level requirements, writing system-level requirements and producing functional documentation like boundary and parameter diagrams

ERP-BERATER / KUNDENBERATER FÜR HANDWERKERSOFTWARE IM AUSSENDIENST (M/W/D)

Deine Mission

Du berätst das Handwerk in der Nutzung unserer Software & Apps und trägst hiermit einen gro­ßen Teil zu deren Digitalisierung bei. Die Optimierung betrieblicher Abläufe bereitet Dir Spaß. Du arbeitest gern mitten im Geschehen und stellst Dich blitzschnell auf Dein Gegenüber ein. Glückliche Kunden und deren erfolgreiche Einarbeitung in unsere Software sind Dein oberstes Ziel.

Deine Aufgaben

• Organisationsberatung - kein Verkauf
• Ersteinrichtung und Einführung in die ERP-Software bei Handwerksbetrieben
• Durchführung von Schulungen
• Upgrades und Integration der Neuerungen in die Arbeitsprozesse unserer Kunden
• Erstellung und Umsetzung eines kundenin­dividuellen Digitalisierungsplans
• regelmäßige Teilnahme an internen Schu­lungen

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, gerne mit Weiterbildung zum Betriebswirt (m/w/d)
• Freude an der Kundenberatung
• hohes Maß an Weiterentwicklungs- und Lernbereitschaft
• schnelle Auffassungsgabe & gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Spaß an der Reisetätigkeit
• Freude am Optimieren kaufmännischer und betrieblicher Prozesse
• sicheres Auftreten und eine offene Art
